New Contracts and time sensitive Bonuses!

hello Shippers! this is a big yet small update!

 it adds a new contract type: Bounty, to complete it find the spawned enemy and kill them before it kills you and do it before the time limit to gain a hefty bonus!

im quite proud of the improvements in this update especially the stuff under the hood to make it easier and faster to develop moving forward!
